With an entrepreneurial background in baseball, remodeling, and woodworking, Joey combined his business acumen with a deep love for the game. His journey began with a dream that revealed a unique method to make the surface of wood harder than any competitor on the market. After testing this innovative finish and receiving praise from professional coaches and athletes, Joey decided to turn his dream into reality. The result was the birth of OTW Bat Co., and the development of our signature High Velocity Finish (HVF), which is now recognized as one of the most durable and high-performing finishes available. Under Joey’s leadership, OTW Bat Co. quickly became a trusted name in the baseball community, with our bats being used by notable players such as Salvador Perez (Kansas City Royals), Yuli Gurriel, and Colby Rasmus (Houston Astros).

During his time at university, Dylan spent his free time stacking his skills, researching, and learning the intricacies of business operations and digital marketing. Now, he has brought everything he learned to help his father operate the business. Dylan is the creative mind behind all of the digital aspects of the brand—from the website to the content and marketing campaigns you see online.
