OTW Bat Co. Rage Series – 1-Year Limited Warranty

OTW Bat Co. stands behind the quality of the Rage Series and offers a one-time replacement warranty for bats that break due to structural failure within one (1) year from the date of purchase. If your bat breaks under normal use within this period, you are eligible for one (1) replacement of the same model.

What Is Not Covered?

This limited warranty does not cover the following:

• Bats outside of the 1-year warranty period
• Team use (multi-player use), misuse, or overuse, including:
  • Use with pitching machines
  • Heavy balls, dimple balls, or any non-regulation baseballs
• Athletic tape grips (reduces handle flex and may accelerate failure)
• Bats purchased from non-authorized resellers or second-hand
• Issues unrelated to structural integrity, including:
  • Dings, scratches, and cleat marks
  • Impacts from objects other than baseballs
  • Bat grips or accessories

For warranty claims, proof of purchase is required. OTW Bat Co. reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet warranty conditions.
